Hello! We are New Hope College Group.
 God's Word teaches that human beings are like sheep, easily distracted and incapable of self-guidance. We all need a good shepherd. Our Shepherd is "good" not only because He is willing to die for the sheep, but also because as the almighty "Creator of Heaven and Earth," He is fully capable of leading us to the "green pastures and quiet waters."
We seek to ground our faith in this Almighty Shepherd who enables us to continue to trust and follow Him, even or especially in the midst of occasionally painful life experiences. Although we go astray at times, we strive together to follow our Good Shepherd.
Like a wandering sheep, people go on various excursions in life to find "green pastures and quiet waters," only to end up feeling stressed, anxious and lost. Our creator created us in a way that we can never be satisfied with occasional patches of green grass or pools of stagnant water.
As a community of faith, we don't claim to have all the answers to the complexities of life, but together we strive to create a community where we can help bear one another's burden (Galatians 6:2), affirming our communal faith and calling we have in Christ.

From the President
 Welcome to College Group! We are so glad to see that you express interest in what we do and what we're about.
We know that being in college is tough, especially if you're a first year student and are not settled in yet. We're here to help you find a place to belong and to nurture your strengths in order to grow as an individual and to have fun while doing so.
As a college ministry, we believe that all of us are here not just as students or as friends, but as a people seeking purpose in life. We are here to help aide you in that journey and to help you figure that out.
We look forward to the coming year and hope that you will join us as we grow in God and grow with each other.
